Is It Worth What I Need?

98% of owners don’t know what their business is worth, yet 78% are planning the sale to fund their retirement.

Family Has No Money

A chart regarding business transition

Hi, I’m Scott Barth Owner, ascendBIZ2

Owner, ascendBIZ2

Since 2003, I’ve been assisting scores of business owners to accelerate the growth in value of their businesses while helping them prepare for their inevitable sale or transfer. My father transferred our family business, Barth Builders, to my oldest brother Craig in 1989.

Tragically, Craig became permanently disabled after a job site accident in 1993. Unfortunately, no provisions were in place to keep the business operating. The business had to be liquidated, and my father was devastated. I never want another owner to experience this kind of heartache.

This experience fuels my passion to assist owners in creating options to ensure they are fully rewarded for their lifetime’s worth of work.
